Tracy Lee Stum – USA
Tracy Lee Stum began drawing as soon as she could hold a crayon. She received private tuition as a child and obtained a bachelor’s degree at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. She continued her academic career in naturalism at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy.
As a lover of graffiti, Tracy began street painting in 1998 and is now regarded by her Madonnari peers and festival organisers as one of the best street painters in the world. With her works, which are known for their dazzling colours, she has won prizes and awards at various festivals and events worldwide. In 2006, she set a Guinness World Record for the largest street painting created by one person.
Tracy often works for major brands, creating 3D and 4D chalk drawings for different purposes, such as advertising, events, PR and education. With her international experience, she now organises street painting festivals in China, Mexico, India and the United States. Tracy’s work speaks to the general public with imagination, beauty and playfulness and often with a strong Italian accent.
